What is home watch service?

A home watch service provides regular inspections of your home while you’re away to ensure its security, maintenance, and overall well-being. We check for signs of damage, intrusion, or system failures and provide reports for your peace of mind.

What do your home watch visits include?

Each visit includes a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior, checking for: Signs of forced entry or vandalism, Water leaks and plumbing issues, HVAC system functionality, Pest infestations and any other requested checks.

What happens if you find an issue?

If we discover a problem, we will immediately notify you with details and photos. We can coordinate repairs with your preferred vendors or provide trusted recommendations.

Are you a security company?

While we monitor for security concerns and report any suspicious activity, we are not a security company. Our service is focused on proactive property monitoring, concierge and maintenance oversight.

How do I receive updates on my home?

After each visit, we provide a detailed report with photos and notes, that are accessed in a dedicated slack channel for your property.
